What I&#039;m trying out recently is to go to bed an wake up at the same hour every day... my goal now is to go to bed at 12pm and wake up at 8 am.
I&#039;ve found that it&#039;s really ahrd being consistent with this because of all the distraction... friends... calls... reading other people&#039;s blogs... y the way, I also love Zen Habits book, it&#039;s a great one.

By the way, guess what? I&#039;m really excited because my blog stats are going well, how are yours?</description>
