Visualization – Day 25
- 0 Comments... What do you have to say?
This is a continuation of the 30-Day Visualization Trial. More detail about the trial can be found here.
Visualization was good today. I visualized in the house today, but it was still intense. It’s still easier to visualize when there’s motion though. I’ve started connecting with people and it’s easier to visualize myself having more people around me.
I’ve started to notice different synchronicities that are pointing me in the direction I want to go. As weird as it sounds, it’s like there have been signals from the universe. Certain things that I’m not visualizing are fading away and what I am visualizing is expanding and becoming a stronger presence.
I’m going to have to do something about distractions. They come in and shift the whole momentum of a day. From reading different sources, it looks like the biggest key to overcoming distractions is to set aside some time specifically to do what I need to do. I may look into batching as well.
I’ve gotten into a rhythm where every day I’m taking some kind of effective action. That feels good. It feels good to know you can trust yourself to follow through with something. I know I’ll finish this trial, and because I know I’ll finish this trial I know I can push myself to finish another trial. There’s just so much potential with these 30-day trials/challenges, especially if they really stick as habits. My excitement is at an all-time high and I’m so curious to see exactly what I’m capable of.
Day 26 let’s go.
